1. Activation methods
TwinStance Solutions LLP may issue online activation, offline activation, trial extension codes, paid license codes, site codes, seat-limited codes, or customer-specific deployment licenses. The method depends on the environment, commercial arrangement, and operational constraints.
2. Trial activation
Trial builds may activate automatically on first launch, through a signed email link, or through a trial code. Activation may be tied to machine information, installation identity, organisation, or other reasonable anti-abuse controls.
3. Paid activation
Once payment or a written commercial arrangement is confirmed, we may issue a paid activation code or license package. Paid activation may unlock longer duration, production rights, increased seats, deployment tooling, advanced sync options, or support entitlements.
4. Extended trial activation
If a customer needs more time for procurement, review, or technical validation, we may issue an extended trial code. Extended trial codes remain temporary and do not create a paid license unless separately confirmed.
5. Offline environments
Because WYNTIQ is intended for both connected and disconnected operations, activation may be designed to work without persistent internet access. Offline activation may use signed local tokens, time-bounded license data, machine-linked codes, or other verification methods suitable for field deployments.
6. Online verification
In connected environments, activation or license status may also be checked against our systems to confirm validity, duration, seat allocation, or renewal status. Temporary online validation does not reduce the product's offline-first design goal; it simply supports licensing administration where connectivity exists.
7. Device and seat controls
Codes may be limited by installation count, operator count, device identity, site, or organisational entitlement. We reserve the right to refuse repeated activation resets where we reasonably believe the system is being copied, shared, or used beyond the permitted scope.
8. Revocation and misuse
We may revoke, suspend, or refuse activation where there is non-payment, redistribution, fraud, tampering, reverse engineering, licensing abuse, or a security concern. Revocation may occur immediately where needed to protect the product or our rights.
9. Hidden download and protected access pages
Any restricted download page, signed access link, or partner distribution page remains private. Receipt of such a link does not grant permission to share it publicly or circulate installers outside the approved evaluation or licensing scope.
10. Future admin controls
As the product matures, TwinStance Solutions LLP may operate an internal code-generation and license-management portal for paid mode, trial extension, site deployment, and controlled reissue workflows. Use of those codes remains subject to these terms and any customer-specific agreement.
